Crazy Life!

OK, for the past 10 months my life has been a little crazy! At the end of last May my husband called me and said,"Ok I've had enough, we are definately moving and we will be gone by the end of June!" So it all started there... We had been thinking and praying about moving to the White mountains and having Larry build homes with his brother Doug and start an Electrical business. I felt good about it but Larry never told me how he really felt so I thought maybe we would eventually, but not until I had Kendall. Wrong! I was shocked when he called and told me we would be moving in a month, but we both felt good about it so we moved. It was hard moving, cause we didn't have a place to stay at first so we moved in with my parents for a few months. I love my parents and I am grateful for thier help, but it is not easy to live with another family! While living with my parents we had our 3rd child, Kendall Rae Chlarson born on 08/06/07 weighing 8lbs. 21 inches long.

This is my cute family getting ready to take me home! Connor was so excited to see his little sister "Doll" that he wouldn't look at the camera. I was so grateful to have my moms help, three kids is a little crazy! I don't think it would be too bad, but my sweet Connor has Global Developmental Delay and Cortical Visual impairment(CVI). He is really imbalanced, falls down all the time, screams a lot and he doesn't talk much. He will only say the beginning of things like Ma and Da for mom and dad, but he has an awesome speech therapist that comes once a week and a physical therapist that comes twice a month. He is getting better, but right now it is his behavior that is driving me insane! I swear, about 2-3 times a day I really want to beat the ish out of this kid, but I don't. With his CVI his brain doesn't always understand or interpret what his eyes see, so he is confused a lot of the time. He is very smart and so sweet when he wants to be. I love him so much, but he is definately my challenge.
I just love his cheesy smile! This is a picture of him on his 2nd birthday.

Jace is my four year old and my big helper. He is such a good big brother. He also loves to do role play as well as play dress up(see previous posts). This past week I have played Velma, Patrick Star, daughter, Fiona, and princess Aurora(sp?) He cracks me up! He was also such a great helper when dad was building our house.

Aren't my boys so cute? Larry looks a little like a mountain man, but still so handsome to me! I am so proud of him, he and Doug did such a great job building our house. Larry loved every minute of doing it too! They let me pick the color of the outside and I was so excited cause I saw some really pretty houses by the Temple that were a light tan with a deep red trim and I loved it so that is what I wanted. As you can see it didn't turn out as I had planned. I loved the way the color samples looked together, but on the house I hate it! It looks like a toy barn and what makes it worse is that they are the same colors as the Jiffy Lube. Not so great. Larry keeps telling me to get over it, but it is kind of hard. We did end up getting a brown color to change the trim and then it won't look as bad. I love the inside and our awesome friends Jon and Rachel Richardson came over and helped us put up all of my decorations. We would just tell our husbands, "no a little to the left, now up a little, right there!" It was fun for us but probably not our men. Thanks Jon and Rachel for all your help!

This is the view of our living room when you walk thru the front door. Then the living room goes into the dining room. You like our table and mismatched chairs? They were free.99 so I'm not complaining!
Then here is the view of the Kitchen from the dining room.
I am loving it! It has been hard being away from my family that is in the valley, but I do like it here. It was just a little crazy getting here. We moved to my parents when I had 5 weeks left of my pregnancy. We were trying to get answers about Connor, then I had our baby, then we moved again in November to a trailor of my Grandma's, it was like 20 years old, but it was a place of our own until our house was done and we were able to move into it in the beginning of Feb. Now I finally feel settled. We are so grateful for all of the love, support, and prayers from family and friends! Thank you all!

TAGGED!

I've been tagged by Alyse.

The rules of the game:
1. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
2. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

Let it begin...

How long have you and your husband been together? About six and a half years.

How long did you date? Almost a year. We probably would have been married sooner, but I had to finish high school first.

Who eats more? I would have to say that I do, especially when I am pregnant or breastfeeding, And haven't been pregnant or breastfeeding for maybe a total of 6-8 months out of our whole marriage.

Who said I love you first? He did, but in Tagalog(the language they speak in the Philippines). I had asked him to say something to me in Tagalog cause I loved to hear him talk in his foreign language. I didn't understand anything he said but, "Mahal Kita" which means I love you.

Who pays the bills? I do, Larry forgets everything so I took on that responsibility.

Who cooks dinner? One of us usually does it while the other watches the kids, but we try to fix it together. It is fun and gets done faster.

Who is more stubborn? Definitely Me! Nothing bothers Larry, Nothing!

Who kissed who first? He kissed me first, but ask him if he remembers it. He kissed me after we got in a wreck and couldn't remember much. I didn't care though, I had been waiting to kiss him since I was twelve! I like to tease him about it and say that he doesn't remember our first kiss and he will say,"I do to, it was kind of like a dream though, but I remember enough to know that I wanted to kiss you again."

Who is more sensitive? That would be me. I am such a baby, and like I said before, nothing bothers Larry.

Who wears the pants? I think we are equal partners in that category

What was I doing 10 years ago? Lets see...10 years ago I would have been in the 8th grade and wondering when I was going to get my first kiss. Most of my other friends had already had theirs and I was feeling a little out of the loop!

What snacks do I enjoy? I really like Cherry Pepsi, bran muffins, sweet and salty chex mix, and the Spicy Spitz sunflower seeds.

What would I do if I were suddenly a billionaire? I would definitely never have to stress about finances any more, and neither would the people I love! I would make sure that my family was taken care of, and then do all the things I have ever dreamed of doing with my family each year.

3 bad habits.

  1. I always let our laundry get out of hand. I will do it really good one day, doing like 6-7 loads. I get in the groove of it and think this isn't bad, I can get caught up and then just do 1-2 loads a day, but I never do. I don't do it for another 3-4 days. It is crazy I know! If I would just do the 1-2 loads a day I wouldn't have this problem.

  2. If I find a good book to read I will stay up late and read it until I can't keep my eyes open anymore, go to sleep and wake up regretting not going to bed earlier, but then do the same thing again the next night. I do that until the book is done and then I can finally get some good sleep cause I won't be so anxious to see what's going to happen next.

  3. I pick at my face a lot! This is my worst habit.

5 things people don't know about me.

  1. I am a very picky eater, but I have gotten much better since I have been married.
  2. I am totally for plastic surgery!
  3. I love to dance! One day I will become a professional ballroom dancer!
  4. I love the sound of a heart beating, especially my children's.
  5. I married the person I had had a crush on since I was twelve! I even wrote stuff in my journal about how much I liked him then.

I now tag Amy, Nicole, Tiffany, Ashlee, and Taytum... Your Turn!

This last weekend(March 6-8) was a real memorable one for me, not only did my little brother Reilly get married, but Kendall(7 months old) got her first hair cut and her ears pierced. I had been wanting to cut her hair for a while, but was afraid and thought it was too soon. She has some pretty wonky hair. It was short on one side and really long on the other. She had long hair on top so I would try and put it up and make it look cute, but her hair kept braking off and her little pony kept getting thinner and thinner. Tiffany convinced me that it was time to cut it so we buzzed her hair with the clippers to make it all one length and then made some cute head bands for her. I love it and think she is so flippin cute. Thanks Tiff! Also a thanks to Nicole, Savannah, Shayde, and Tiffany for going with me and getting her ears pierced. Aunt Nicole held her while they did it so I didn't have to be the bad guy. It was a fun filled weekend and I had so much fun being with my family. Here are some pics of Kendall before and after, and of Reilly's wedding.

You can't really tell from this angle that we cut her hair, but I could never put one of these on her before without it looking retarded.

Don't they look cute together?

The old Megan Price and The new Megan Price. Isn't she cute?

Jace absolutely loves to dress up and pretend that he is the character of his favorite movie. For about two years all he wanted to do was be woody from Toy Story. Every once in a while he will still come to me and ask if he can be woody. Well now he is really into Shrek. Larry got him a Shrek 2 xbox game and he is obsessed with being Puss-n-boots. For about the past month he wants to be puss. He won't even answer to Jace anymore. He'll say," my name is puss mom." I absolutely hate that word, but I can't really tell him not to say it without telling him why so we are trying to get him to say puss-n-boots. Yes I have tried to get him to be Shrek or Donkey but after him yelling to me in the dentist office that his name is Puss and not Donkey or Shrek I thought it was better to just let it be. It has been a little embarrassing because he won't even wait until peaple ask him his name he will just say, "I'm Puss." When the dentist called his name he said, "I'm not Jace I'm puss." Yeah, it is great! It gets even better, the other day he was watching Dora and she asked what you sleep with at night to help you sleep, and of course Jace says back to the TV woody and puss. I am just glad we don't have a puss-n-boots costume cause I know it would make things worse. He already puts on his boots, his cowboy hat, and a blanket around his neck for his cape and runs around the house yelling, "Super Puss!"

These are my three favorite kids in the world!
I am so retarded when it comes to computers so my awesome sister Tiffany helped me set this up. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
